Chim Chum #100 - And Lots of News!

Well, here we are at comic #100.  I'm actually really happy with myself that I've made it this far.  It's been such a fun adventure, and I'm definitely looking forward to the next 100 comics!  Thanks to everyone who has shown support, encouragement, offered advice and critiques.

Chim Chum goes back to the daily single panel format next week (and for the foreseeable future.)  In addition, I'm going to start selling the original art for the first hundred comics on January 3rd.  The link will be here, so check back if you're interested in owning a piece of Chim Chum art.

Now for the big news.  I'm officially announcing the first 24 page Chim Chum comic book, "Chim Chum and the Portly Samurai:  Mystery of the Obsidian Fox".  I've written, laid out and penciled the first issue and I'm currently trying to decide which format and venue to distribute it.  If you have any preference or ideas, please feel free to share!  This is a new process for me and I want to make sure I chose the option that best fits the fan base.

One last question... Would anyone be interested in a fan art contest?  I'm willing to put some of the original comic art up as prizes.  Let me know what you think!

Happy Holidays!

Just give me the specs you need the guest art and and I'll send you one right away! (Will you have a limit on the number of comics we can each send in?)

Chim chum is SO cute today. I love the comic.

Oh, one more thing, could the prize maybe be your book instead?

We've loved reading the first 100 (more than once!). Whatever format the book takes, I'm looking forward to ordering it.
